Elizabeth FORREST (1795-1890)

Elizabeth FORREST, was born on 17th Jul 1795 in Stirling[1].


Family

In Crieff, Perthshire she married on 16th Jan 1814 Robert ADIE, writer[2][3].

In 1821 Robert Adie was in financial trouble and Elizabeth’s father made a codicil in his will ensuring Robert could not change the portion of the estate allocated to Elizabeth nor have any charge over her inheritance[4].

Elizabeth died on 12th Dec 1890 without issue[5].
