David FORREST, Solicitor of the Supreme Court, was born on 3rd Mar 1789 in Stirling[1].
Family
In St Cuthbert’s, Edinburgh, he married on 8th Jul 1815 Helen KIDD[2], born on 29th Jun 1791, baptised on 12th Jul 1791, daughter of Captain Robert KIDD and Isabel BURREL[3].
He died on 13th Nov 1823 in Edinburgh[4] and his wife died on 25th Oct 1825 in Leith, Edinburgh[5], leaving issue,
- i. John, born on 12th Aug 1817 in St Andrews, Edinburgh and baptised 11th Sep 1817[6]. He died on 22nd Feb 1856.
