David FORREST, Solicitor of the Supreme Court, was born on 3rd Mar 1789 in Stirling[1]. He was the first child of John FORREST and Elizabeth GLAS

Family

In St Cuthbert’s, Edinburgh, he married on 8th Jul 1815 Helen KIDD[2], daughter of Captain Robert KIDD and Isabel BURREL.

He died on 13th Nov 1823 in Edinburgh[3][4][5][6] and his wife died on 25th Oct 1825 in Leith, Edinburgh[7], leaving issue:

i. John FORREST, born on 12th Aug 1817 in St Andrews, Edinburgh and baptised 11th Sep 1817[8].
