| Esquire one of the present Barches of the Burgh of stirling commisoner,. Mr Robert Sconee notary as procurator for

| Dr John Forrest after designed and produced and gave in the deposition and Deed of settlement underwritten

| declaring the same might be insert and registered in the Town Court Books of said Bargh for presentation and
| |

| publication of execution conforms to the clause of registration therein contained which desire the said Bailie

| granted and ordained the same to be done accordingly and whereof the lenor follows that I Dr John Forrest

| Physician in Stirling taking into my most serious considerations that by my present marriage with Elisabeth Glas my

| wife I have seven children in life named David, Christian, Elisabeth, Marion, Margaret, Isabella, Craigh and John

| Forrest and that there was no contract of marriage or other settlement executed between her and blank wherefore it
