DEATH ON OR AFTER 1st JANUARY, 1898


BE IT KNOWN that The Reverend John Graham Forrest of Chiswick House Chiswick in the County of Middlesex formerly of 110 Gloucester Place Portman Square in the County of Middlesex clerk

died on the 20th day of October 1921 at Tewkesbury in the County of Gloucester


AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that at that date hereunder written the last Will and Testament


of the said deceased was proved and registered in the Principal Probate Registry of His Majesty's High Court of Justice, and that administration of all estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to Guy Archibald Forrest of St Michael's Lodge Chislehurst in the County of Kent, Gentleman, brother of the deceased the sole executor


named in the said Will

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me JOHN GRAHAM FORREST Clerk in Holy Orders at present residing at 110 Gloucester Place Portman Square London I appoint as my sole EXECUTOR and Trustee my brother Guy Archibald Forrest of Rowledge near Farnham in the County of Surrey And to the said Guy Archibald Forrest I devise and bequeath all my estate and effects real and personal which I may die possessed of or entitled to or over which I have any dispensing or appointing power absolutely with the sole exception of the pearls left to me by my mother Mrs Eveline Forrest of Grymsdyke Princes Risborough in the County of Buckingham which pearls are to be treated as heirlooms in accordance with the wil of my said Mother Mrs Eveline Forrest and I ask my brother Guy Archibald Forrest to do the following things during his lifetime namely To place or cause to be placed on my mother's grave in the Churchyard of Lacey Green in the County of Buckingham on Christmasday in every year a cross of holly and on January the twenty seventh Easter-day & All Saints day in every year a cross of flowers such cross whether of holly or of flowers not to exceed the price of one guinea And I also request that I am not buried in the Church yard of Lacey Green in the County of Buckingham but in some public cemetry near to the place where I shall die and that no memorial window or monument of any kind be anywhere erected to my memory And I hereby revoke all former wills and codicils Date this second day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eight
