BE IT KNOWN that at the date hereunder written Letters of Administration of the personal Estate of Mary Anne Chesshyre late of No 12 Russell Street in the City of Bath (Wife of Augustus Philips Chesshyre)

deceased, who died on the 21st day of November 1891 at No. 12 Russell Street aforesaid without child or parent

intestate, and had at the time of her death, a fixed place of abode at No. 12 Russell Street aforesaid within the District of the Bristol and Bath present County Court Districts

were granted by Her Majesty’s High Court of Justice at the District Probate Registry thereof at Bristol to John Forrest of Grymsdyke in the Parish of Princes Risborough in the county of Bucks Esquire the natural and lawful Brother and only next of kin

of the said intestate, he having been first sworn well and faithfully to administer the same.

The said Augustus Philips Chesshyre whilst living the lawful Husband of her intestate having survived the said intestate but died without having taken upon himself the letters of administration of her personal estate and his will with a codicil thereto having been proved at the said District Registry at Bristol on the Thirteenth day of January 1892 by his Brother James William Chesshyre and Annie Lilia Mildred Daniell spinster the Executors therein named, the said Annie Lilia Mildred Daniell being also therein named as Residuary legatee and the said James William Chesshyre and Annie Lilia Mildred Daniell having duly renounced the sellers of administration of the personal estate of the said intestate.

Surities Charles Macintosh Rodger of No 7 College Lawn Cheltenham in the County of Gloucester Esquire and Edmund Harford of No 14 Priory Street Cheltenham aforesaid Esquire
